Internal Relocation Apeldoorn: There's Movement at Our Location, Completely Free
A bit too much movement lately, if you ask me. We've been in Apeldoorn with our services for quite some time, but recently we've been moving around quite often within the same complex. Just last week again.
The goal: To continue growing with developments to serve our customers well and to meet the demand for our services.
From PWA 301 to PWA 401
We were first located at Prins Willem Alexanderlaan 301, better known as building PWA 301. Six months ago, we moved to the 1st floor of building PWA 401 with our own house number, 415. This ensures that mail is processed faster.
Last week, we moved to the 2nd floor in building PWA 401. This means that there's actually no change in the house number, but you just need to press button 2 in the elevator.
Free Exercise and Fantastic View
The good news is that when you take the stairs, you get extra exercise from us completely free. That's a fantastic plan. But I’m going to make it even better for you. We have a much larger common area with freshly ground coffee beans, a ping pong table (I was no longer allowed to say ping pong table), and moreover, a view of the nice side.
Is there an ugly side then? Yep, there is. And how ugly!
The Mystery of the Abandoned Office Building
If you regularly visit our location in Apeldoorn, you must have noticed it. A large office building with fences and barbed wire around it. I've stood admiring the building with full amazement. How could this happen? How can you ruin a building like that?
It's been empty since 2013. It used to be the headquarters of Centraal Beheer. SNS took it over, and 2 years later, having somewhat too ambitious real estate goals they couldn't fulfill, it went to Certitudo. That didn't go well either since they went bankrupt last year.
The municipality has to take it over now, but they're not keen on it, and the original architect, Herman Hertzberger (91), wants the building in its current state to get another function.
Come Work and Admire the Mystery
In short, a process that will take some time. Fortunately, we're quicker with relocating our offices to the 2nd floor.
Come work and admire the neighboring building. You've never seen anything like it. Book your flex work room via and come enjoy the beautiful view and a game of ping pong.
