The interest on savings remains negligible, and with inflation continuously rising, your wealth is steadily losing value. Investing in ADD’s real estate bonds is therefore an attractive alternative. With a fixed term of 5 years and a fixed annual interest rate of 6.9%, you know exactly what to expect. For example, a €10,000 investment yields €690 per year, and after 5 years, a total return of €3,450. Want to know how much interest your desired investment will generate? The future of healthcare
Due to aging populations and population growth, demand for affordable healthcare has exploded in recent years. Since 2008, the ADD Group has successfully addressed this. Through our label Flex4Medics, we provide fully medically equipped flexible workspaces for the (para)medical sector across the country.
The ADD bond issuance
With aging populations and growing demand for complex care, there is an increasing need for medical flexible workspaces. To meet this demand, we have issued multiple bond offerings that have since been fully subscribed. Our very first bond issuance has now been successfully repaid.
“Our ambition is to grow to 150 locations across the Netherlands within 5 years!”

My name is Florentijn van den Bos, and since 2008 I have been involved in renting flexible workspaces across various industries. It all started in 2008 when I began helping small entrepreneurs find suitable spaces. From this assistance, the idea of ADD was born.
All the entrepreneurs I helped faced the same problem: they wanted to use facilities that were too expensive, causing difficulties or making starting a business unaffordable. I strongly felt this could be done better and, above all, more affordably. The idea was to help entrepreneurs reduce costs without compromising professionalism. Flexibility was a key priority!
My efforts in the years following 2008 proved worthwhile, as demand for flexible workspaces increased across many industries, requiring far more locations than ADD could initially provide.
This quickly led to significant growth in the number of locations and rented rooms — and it left me wanting more! After thorough market research with my team, it became clear there was strong demand for flexible workspaces in the medical sector. Naturally, I wanted to respond quickly, and thus our label Flex4Medics was created. This label ensures that entrepreneurs in the (para)medical sector can use flexible workspaces throughout the country with peace of mind. After all, those providing good care should have as few worries as possible.
This proved to be a bullseye! Demand for rooms soon exceeded supply. Since 2022, we have set a clear target for the coming eight years. To achieve this, I decided to issue the first bonds in 2022 and rapidly expand the number of locations. Growing to 150 locations across the Netherlands!

Flex4medics rents out high-quality consultation and treatment rooms by the hour or day to any healthcare provider who needs temporary treatment space at a location other than their regular practice.
The core activity of Flex4coaching is the short-term rental of coaching rooms. This means that the spaces we offer will always remain available, and we continuously invest in improving them to better meet your needs.
We also welcome your feedback on how we can add or improve anything. We speak your language and understand what you need to run a successful practice.
The advantage of bonds is that they generally yield higher returns than bank interest payments. Additionally, the risk is lower than with stocks.
Bondholders receive coupon interest every quarter. ADD bonds have a fixed interest payment of 6.9%, so you know exactly how much interest you will receive per year.
Furthermore, bonds have a maturity date when the principal is repaid, so you know exactly what to expect.
